Three people have received death threats and the only common denominator between them is a case long settled–the infamous Bank of San Francisco fire. Julia’s astrological expertise provides clues but no one wants to listen. Before she can solve the mystery, two people are dead and her own life is in danger. Book Review by Bree Herron

This author knows how to get a reader’s attention right from the start. Blood, mystery, murder within the first few pages sure gets a gal excited to read the rest of the mystery. I have fallen in love with this astrological focused series, and this book gave me all the feels for wanting more!

Enjoyable Moments

Julia Bonatti is back and undercover. I love that she is able to bring her passion for study the signs to her solving of mysteries. In this book she goes back to an old stopping ground and it lets just say the clues swirl around in the mystic universe. I really noticed and enjoyed the side characters in this book, Googie, a friend that sure knows how to find out some interesting and juicy details on a person and of  course Wizard the delightful cat.

Choosing one moment that I loved is hard, but I do have to say the first few paragraphs were certainly made to make a reader fly through this book for the answers. I was quickly wanting to solve the mystery after that.

Synoptic

Cozy Mystery lovers will fly through the pages to solve this mystery. It is one of those mysteries that has a reader ready from page one to solve the crime and readers will love Julia and her unique friends. I wouldn’t miss this mystery series!
