Top 5 Cozy Authors of 2016
I always feel as though I am making a new friend with each cozy mystery I read. The authors for my 2016 in review are those that I have found new friends in and ones that I look forward to seeing more from. All the cozy authors that have published this year are just as wonderful and I look forward to reading their works in 2017!
You know you’ve read a good book when you turn the last page and feel a little as if you have lost a friend.

Lorraine Bartlett
Lorraine released some great books this past year. She has been delighting us all with her stories, adding three great new releases this year! I love reading and enjoying the audio books to her work. Dead, Bath and Beyond is her newest release and has been a fabulous read/listen.
Kathi Daley
Kathi has had a rockin’ year. She recently teamed up with Henry Press to release her well loved TJ Jensen series and has continued to produce novels in her other series as well. She was a standout in the mystery world!
Jenny Kales
Jenny released both her books this year, and wow! For a new author she has taken our cozy reading world by the pages and given us reasons to love her!
Ritter Ames
Ritter produced four fabulous stories this year, and if her books don’t get you into the world of art, then I don’t know what will. She is one that I enjoyed reading and watching this past year.
Arlene McFarlane
Arlene came to the cozy world as well this past year. Her release was a great one and I personally can’t wait for more. She gave us a humorous and delightful mystery in Murder, Curlers, and Cream.
